The Sales Operations Analyst will report into the Manager of Sales Operations and will drive increased efficiencies and growth across the business unit through development and management of tools/resources and programs
Implement Sales Orders review rules and automation that ensures Orders align to the defined policies
Support implementation of sales support systems and company sales support programs
Propose policies related to programs and services to best execute and ensure adoption and success
Manage internal and cross functional teams who are supporting the sales pipeline and forecasting
Support the efforts to develop/deploy ad hoc programs to drive business as a result of field feedback
Provide solutions for identified problems or gaps. Gain buy-in from stakeholder groups. Define a path forward and manage those cross-functional stakeholder groups through execution and delivery of the solution.
Measure and track results associated with projects to identify opportunities and trends associated with increasing growth and impacting the business objectives
Subject matter expert (SME) in the Pipeline-To-Order-To-Cash process area
Drive coordination of reporting from various databases and provide a comprehensive report based on facts and data as a result of account analysis. Provide complex and detailed analysis to vertical sales team to enable them with relevant customer data.
Challenging legacy policies and procedures that complicate quote, order, invoice, credit, commissions, and revenue processing, understanding the flexibility for change, and formulating creative solutions or work-around based on that analysis.
Experience and Skills:
3+ years of sales operations experience.
Order to Cash Lifecycles within Enterprise Applications preferably Microsoft Dynamics GP
Exceptional logic, quantitative and analytical skills.
Experience working with legal personnel to negotiate contracts
Ability to create and work in a team environment.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar major required; MBA is a plus
