Sales Operations Analyst Vertafore, Inc.
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED This position will be a key member of the Sales Operations team and responsible for Sales reporting and analysis, revenue analysis and reporting and interacting with key constituents in Sales, Finance, and Senior Management. Position will involve providing prompt resolutions to both internal and external inquiries on a daily basis.
WHO ARE YOU?
Provide regular and ad hoc analysis on Sales performance, providing performance analysis to Sales Management for Business Unit, Segment and Individual performance to goal
Facilitate relevant sales pipeline reviews, partner with Sales leadership on monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting process
Improve data integrity of data within Salesforce.com and improve user experience, work collaboratively with team members to resolve Salesforece.com help desk cases for internal users
Assist in the development of new policies and procedures to streamline processes, improve analytical capabilities and increase availability of business intelligence
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills, and strong attention to detail
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced use of Excel
Experience with SalesForce.com
Excellent Customer Service skills
Self-starter with ability to manage processes with limited supervision
Ability to balance consistent application of company policy and effectively communicate with Sales personnel
Willingness to provide pro-active feedback and ideas for process improvement
High degree of flexibility
Bachelor?s Degree in or Business Administration, Finance or related field
Occasional Approx. 2X per year
