You will:
- Work hand-in-hand with the VP, Sales and other members of the executive team to align our sales resources with our most successful, most profitable customer segments.
- Manage all processes and systems for 150+ person sales team, which receives 45,000+ unique leads per month.
- Own all reporting and analysis of sales performance on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence. This includes executive level reports as well as daily performance dashboards for our sales managers and representatives.
- Create and implement structured processes for maximizing the lifetime value and upsell opportunity from our existing customer base.
- Identify opportunities for improving sales rep productivity and cost of customer acquisition.
- Define, design, implement and measure experimental sales teams aimed at addressing new market segments.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in a sales, consulting, or banking role preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
- Exceptional MS Office skills are mandatory. Salesforce.com (or other CRM) and Business Intelligence software skills are preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to manage cross-departmental projects involving
multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and previous experience interfacing with executive teams.
- Detailed understanding of SaaS business model and key metrics.
