Sales Operations Analyst I R.J. O'Brien & Associates
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing the sales management reporting process, analyzing sales data, acting as a liaison between the sales organization and division heads, developing marketing collateral and designing and maintaining sales reports.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage the sales reporting process. Ensure timely exchange of monthly data among division heads, forecast pipelines, review and distribute reports, field inquiries from sales leaders and division heads, initiate data investigation and communicate resolution.
Assist with competitive analysis, budget development and reconciliation.
Act as primary liaison on sales reporting projects.
Develop marketing collateral, incorporating state-of-the-art technology.
Maintain existing sales reports and design new reports as needed.
Develop sales operations policies and procedures.
Work with sales leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and attend regular sales management meetings.
Identifies needs for major sales projects/resources and communicates them to sales leadership.
Maintains a commitment to the company?s values, business processes, and code of ethics.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills Required
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business.
2 years of experience conducting detailed analysis using Excel
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills; and high attention to detail.
Excellent project management and business literacy skills.
Keen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation versus, simple reporting.
Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative on own to meet deadlines.
