Sales Operations Analyst Merced Systems

uResponsibilitiesUnderstand the business process and practices (including regional variations) of NICE Actimize?s global PS organization
Evaluate existing business processes and work flows of the PS operations to determine the most effective and efficient model
Provide consistent high quality monthly KPI reports at regional and Sr. Director level including project P&L, utilization, billable vs. non-billable hours
Lead monthly meetings with CFO and Senior PS team to provide insights and recommended areas for improvement based on KPI reports
Act as administrator for PS time tracking and project management system Projector including ownership of data integrity
Provide ad hoc reports and support for PS organization to CEO, CFO and Global VP of PS upon request
Lead new engagement hand-offs meetings from Sales to PS and from PS to Customer Support
Support Finance by providing detailed project information necessary to calculate both actual and forecasted PS revenue and commission calculations
Provide business analysis - forecast, measure, track and report PS pipeline opportunities
Provide assistance to PMO Director to support continual documentation and re-assessment of key internal procedures related to professional services activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness (Examples of internal procedures: SOW proposal generation, approvals for free PS work and/or below market rates)
Provide system training on Projector to new PS employees
Work closely with the CFO, Global VP of PS and entire PS senior management team to drive initiatives related to systems and tools supporting the PS organization
Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in a Business Operations role in a software or services or comparable B2B industry (Consulting, Financial Services)
Professional Services project management/time tracking system experience required (with ability to create queries/reports)
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills required
Bachelor?s degree required
Demonstrated comfort working in a cross-functional, matrix-oriented, multinational environment. International work experience preferred.
Excellent communication (written/presentation) and interpersonal skills with ability to influence global team members
Process oriented, proactive and customer-focused
Flexible and able to quickly act under pressure
