60% Sales Operations Management Reporting & Analysis
Develop and publish performance management metrics (bookings, forecast, pipeline) to monitor effectiveness of sales resources and processes with a focus on our renewal and upsell business
Generate monthly scorecard reports to monitor performance and attainment to plan / quota
Conduct analysis of sales data (process, bookings, win/loss, etc.) to identify and prioritize key actions for company to take
Perform various analysis of account base in support of upsell forecasting and pipeline
Work with all levels of management, field organizations, and employees to communicate findings and facilitate proper utilization of data for business decision making and employee motivation
Assists in updating policies and procedures for sales processes and policies
40% Support Sales Teams & Employees
Support in developing and conducing ongoing sales training and supporting materials to ensure sales teams have the knowledge, expertise, and tools needed to position and sell our solutions
Support in designing and executing strategic, scalable, streamlined sales and contracting processes, with a focus on our renewal and upsell business
Support order acceptance and booking process to ensure adherence in policy
Ensure Satmetrix standards and practices are followed for compliance, effectiveness and quality
Reviewing renewal process compliance and raise / resolve issues for resolution
Business / Management Skills
Master?s degree or higher in business field (Business, Operations, Statistics, Risk Management, Applied Mathematics, etc.) with intermediate statistical methods and expertise in operations and process compliance.
At least 5 years of work experience in a sales or operations environment
Conceptual thinker with ability to apply risk management, statistical methods to business situations and communicate findings to all levels of management.
A strong aptitude for, and interest in, technology concepts and products
Tenacious and a result-driven approach to sales and process design, with strong business ethics.
Very high attention to detail and quality.
Strong project management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to structure own workload, work in a team environment, and effectively prioritize activities.
Confident oral/ written communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) applications.
Basic knowledge of Salesforce.com ; programming skills a plus
Familiarity with Statistical packages (SPSS, STATA)
