We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Associate. The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, and is looking for long-range career growth. The Sales Operations Associate supports the Sales Operations Manager in enabling the data, processes and analyses that drive our sales team?s productivity and results.
Job responsibilities include:
?Support improvement of business processes, systems, and quality checks to enable the fast consistent, accurate execution of the sales process.
?Manage reporting processes, ensuring accuracy of data, including scheduled reporting, ad-hoc reporting, and use analysis to develop actionable insights.
?Provide day to day SFDC platform support for users
?Contracts process management
?Orchestrate cross functional teams (Sales/Marketing/Operations/Finance) to achieve overall consistency in data and information.
?Develop and deliver sales training to assure the rapid assimilation of new sales hires, and the ongoing development of existing sales staff
?Manage RFI and RFP process, including any vendor questionnaires, assuring consistency and accuracy of information and timeliness of responses
?Internal event development and execution as needed
?Ongoing market analysis to provide sales enablement materials
?Sales support as needed.
Skills and Experience:
?Deep understanding of sales process and support activities
?Attitude towards service, yet an ability to be assertive as needed (must be exceptionally positive)
?Committed self- starter, perpetual problem solver (find a solution attitude)
?1-3 years of Sales Operations or other relevant experience within a fast paced, demanding and high growth environment
?Salesforce experience a must- Salesforce admin experience preferred
?Influence management skills; ability to work cooperatively at all levels across organizational boundaries to build and maintain the positive relationships required to accomplish organizational goals
