As a Sales Operations Associate, you're at the heart of the product division?s business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Sitefinity products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business organizations and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
Here are some things you would have done last week, if you were a part of our team as a Sales Operations Associate:
? Performed an extensive array of administrative tasks (process orders, retrieve data for analysis, issue quotes, update customer profile information)
? Built efficient and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies
? Triaged customer queries: escalating concerns or complaints related to the sale, licensing or pricing of Telerik?s products to the appropriate team
? Tracked sales activities, customer interactions, customer data and customers' status within internal systems and on internal reports
? Identified issues which were brought to the team leader?s attention
? Monitored the main voicemail system and ensured messages were responded to in a timely manner
You will be the person who has/is (a/an):
? Bachelor?s Degree is preferred
? Interest in sales
? Passionate about helping potential customers quickly and effectively reach decisions about the company?s total product offerings
? Excellent verbal, business writing, and presentation skills
? Strong work ethic with the ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks
? Well organized with attention to detail
? Able to switch gears and work on another project quickly
? Strong Microsoft Office skills
? Experience within the IT or Software industry is an advantage
? CRM experience is considered a plus
