We need a motivated, self-driven, and detail oriented Sales Operations Associate to work in our headquarters in Burlington, MA. Reporting to the Manager of Account Services, you will manage and coordinate promotions among various partners and networks that are using our platform. Compensation consists of a base salary, equity, and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
This position will involve working with the sales team and our partners to coordinate materials on a daily basis for multiple markets, building promotions on our unique patented platform, and making necessary adjustments based on interaction with our partners.
Responsibilities include the following:
Manage and communicate offers to our partners such as AAA Clubdeal
Work closely with merchants and partners to get requisite approvals before deadlines
Work with partners in various markets to coordinate promotion calendars
Report on results and analytics

Experience and skills required:
Bachelor's degree; recent college grads welcome
1 - 3 years of related work experience desired, entry-level considered
Excellent internet navigation skills
Basic HTML skills
Excellent MS Office Suite skills; primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint
