This position will function as the primary liaison to the Sales and Support organizations as it relates to project scoping, new technology implementation and associated process definition. The Business Analyst will observe existing practices and technologies with the intent of measuring effectiveness and recommending improvements. This role will channel the voice of the customer for our internal end users into actionable improvements in standard operating procedures.
- Work with the Manager, GCS Operations to implement programs, applications and business processes. As such, this person will turn team requirements into functional specifications which can be used by Operations to understand and implement process and system needs.
Advocate for end user team initiatives with the supporting teams (Operations, Web Dev, Marketing...) and vendors.
Lead the effort for training all end users on the use of all required applications and processes.
Develop and maintain process documentation relating to team processes and integrated applications/systems to optimize best practices across the end user organizations.
Play a key role in working with marketing and web/dev to insure that our website is effectively integrated into our evolving sales model.
- Minimum 5 years experience with enterprise-level applications in a Sales Operation role
Demonstrate an ability to assimilate new technology and teach end users to be effective with these solutions
Project Management experience
Hands on process design experience
Expert level experience with process documentation applications (Visio, Omnigraffle...)
Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, Marketo, various data vendors, and other sales process application experience.
A solid understanding and previous experience working within an organization with complex products and services and multi channel sales strategy.
- Exceptional communication, presentation skills and presence.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects
Strong Influencing skills required
Sets an example in terms of quality, consistency and level of work, as well as work ethic and approach
Presents a positive attitude when dealing with customers and co-workers
Experience working in a cross-functional teaming environment
Willing to work hard and have fun!
