Sales Operations Controller - Hot Processor Startup Tilera
Exciting things are happening at Tilera, a thriving manycore processor company based in Silicon Valley. Business tripled in the past year, our products continue to gain market traction, and we have a sharp focus to go public in 12 to 18 months. The winds are at our back which makes it a great time to consider a move if you are a strong Finance Controller with a background in semiconductor financial controls and processes. This is a broad role which will work closely with several core functions: Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing, IT and Finance. You will be architecting and migrating to a new system that will scale with Tilera?s rapid growth over the next five years.
One of your first challenges will be to integrate Sales Operations with Finance and Manufacturing Operations in our new MS Dynamics Ax ERP system in order to provide executive management the critical information they need to make decisions and manage the growth of the company. You will also assist the VP of Sales in establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing sales process control mechanisms uniformly across the global sales organization.
In addition, you will be challenged to automate, integrate and generate data and data-analytics for the CRM systems deployed for sales forecasting (Salesforce.Com), forecasting (Anaplan) and our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX). The Sales Operations Controller will define a prioritized roadmap and map a smooth transition plan for future system enhancements and robust processes to include areas such as sales proposals, order management, sales forecast, product licensing, EOL, RMAs and cost reductions. The Controller will also be a key contributor to strategic plans and goals for the organization.
? Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting. MBA degree is desired
? 10+ years of technology finance operations, business operations experience or equivalent
? Strong knowledge of semiconductor sales operations and manufacturing processes with
demonstrated success in their implementation
? Adept at gap analysis, identifying and executing on major areas of improvement for
? Project management experience and the demonstrated ability to analyze and
? Strong problem solving & analytical skills, combined with sound business judgment
? Proven experience managing and influencing effectively in a matrix-organized environment
? Demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives
