| Description: | We are currently hiring for a Sales Operations Coordinator. This position will be involved in managing key non-selling areas within the Balihoo sales organization including demonstration management, reporting, training and support of the sales team. Primary Responsibilities: o Manage functional and cross-functional projects to assure the sales teams efficiency and accountability o Manage CRM solution o Coordinate tools to support knowledge and information flow across the sales team. o Manage product demonstration environment for the sales team o Working with the marketing team management to identify and improve communication processes around new products and other initiatives o Working with the product development team to assure the timely development of written product materials o Identify areas of process improvement, and implement solutions to improve o Identify operational and strategic reporting needs of the sales organization Candidates should possess the following: - Proven successful and progressively responsible experience in project coordination, preferably in a technical product environment and in sales operations - Excellent project management skills - Outstanding Excel and Power Point skills; proficiency with Outlook and with other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite. - A strong understanding of sales and product development processes Strong analytical skills - Experience with Salesforce.com preferred - Bachelors degree in Business or related field - Strong communication skills This position is based in Boise, ID and minimal travel will be required.
