Sales Operations Coordinator Balihoo
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are currently hiring for a Sales Operations Coordinator. This position will be involved in managing key non-selling areas within the Balihoo sales organization including demonstration management, reporting, training and support of the sales team.
o Manage functional and cross-functional projects to assure the sales teams efficiency and accountability
o Manage CRM solution
o Coordinate tools to support knowledge and information flow across the sales team.
o Manage product demonstration environment for the sales team
o Working with the marketing team management to identify and improve communication processes around new products and other initiatives
o Working with the product development team to assure the timely development of written product materials
o Identify areas of process improvement, and implement solutions to improve
o Identify operational and strategic reporting needs of the sales organization
Candidates should possess the following:
Proven successful and progressively responsible experience in project coordination, preferably in a technical product environment and in sales operations
Excellent project management skills
Outstanding Excel and Power Point skills; proficiency with Outlook and with other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite.
A strong understanding of sales and product development processes
Strong analytical skills
Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
Bachelors degree in Business or related field
Strong communication skills
This position is based in Boise, ID and minimal travel will be required.
