Brightcove is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their Sales Operations Team! This person will be reporting to the VP, Global Sales Effectiveness.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Coordinate, schedule and manage all sales events and meetings
- Quarterly sales kickoffs
- Schedule pipeline and other sales reviews
- Ad hoc meeting requests
Field Enablement (Training)
- Work with your supervisor to develop core sales curriculum
- Rollout training programs to the field
- Schedule and manage training events
Manage New Sales Hire Onboarding
- Develop a comprehensive training schedule
- Assist with logistical setup
- Assist with ad hoc questions and support needs
Assist with Compensation Process
- Compensation plan authoring and administration
- Handling field compensation queries
- Working with finance to resolve compensation issues
ABOUT YOU:
- College degree BS or BA
- Minimum two years work experience in a sales environment
- Proficient Microsoft office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proactive and able to anticipate sales needs; sense of urgency
Location
This position is located at our new Corporate Headquarters in Boston, MA, overlooking Fort Point Channel and just one block from South Station.
