The Sales Operations Coordinator is a critical role for the continued success and growth of the sales department. The Coordinator will be responsible for developing and administering scalable processes that improve the accuracy of sales information and ensure the efficient administration of sales processes. The Coordinator will work closely with Sales and Marketing Management to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. A successful Sales Operations Coordinator feels comfortable working in a sales-driven environment, running basic analyses and managing and prioritizing multiple improvement projects at the same time. They are highly detail oriented and take enjoyment in crossing ?T?s and dotting ?I?s.
The Sales Operations Coordinator reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing Operations (DSMO) and will work hand-in-hand with Sales Managers, Account Executives and Business Development Representatives.
Duties and responsibilities
Manage the sending and receiving of Sales Agreements (both for new clients and incremental changes to existing clients)
Ensure information is accurately reflected in Salesforce for the offboarding of clients as well as for new Sales Agreements. 100% accuracy is imperative
Participate in weekly (or as needed) deal reviews with Sales and Finance representatives
Promote higher quality standards of internal databases such as Salesforce (e.g. de-duplicating lead/contact records)
Attend all sales meetings, document opportunities to improve processes and draft updated policies, procedures and playbooks
Audit sales activity to ensure compliance with current sales department rules and guidelines
Triage marketing-sourced leads that require sales activity by sending them to the appropriate sales rep
Assist Operations Analysts with quarterly and monthly performance analyses
