POSITION OVERVIEW
This role will assist in driving and facilitating the building and effective operating of a global, world class sales organization supporting our Sales Organization across all product offerings at Adknowledge. Primary duties include:
Reporting and dashboards: Support CRO and VP Sales Operations in ensuring sales dashboards and reporting are appropriately defined and executed to support successful monitoring and measuring of the sales organization.
Salesforce.com Usage Guidelines: Assist in ensuring strict and correct usage by all salespeople in the organization of the SFDC process, guidelines and rules of engagement.
Sales Collateral: Coordinate efforts to ensure sales collateral is up-to-date after rebranding has been completed; manage process of pushing newly created collateral from marketing team to sales organization and monitor usage to ensure appropriate collateral is being used. Act as marketing collateral point person for the sales team and liaison between Sales and Corporate Marketing.
All Hands Sales Trainings: Planning and coordination of regular training summits for the sales organization. Creation of internal training program which ?certifies? individual sales people to sell specific products within the Adknowledge portfolio.
Executive Speaking Engagements: Assist in identification of opportunities for the executive team to participate in expert panels, speak at industry events and attend relevant conferences. Once identified, coordinate participation with Corporate Marketing and Corporate Travel.
New Hire On-boarding: Own new hire on-boarding process to ensure effective and consistent on-boarding of every new Adknowledge sales hire.
CANDIDATE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with at least:
Industry experience in online, social and direct response marketing
Functional experience in sales, marketing and project management; strong analytics experience
Experience of supporting sales team selling multiple products
World class project management, training and process design skills
Strong strategic thinker, capable of grasping the big picture and turning it into action
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com
The candidate must be able to:
Become subject matter expert in all baseline data sources, wherein sales and operations have easy delivery upon request and/or access and confidence in relevant data sources; evaluate and recommend new technologies in where applicable
Remain calm in the face of uncertainty, rapid change, and aggressive deadlines common to rapidly growing companies with evolving business models
Work with sales leadership to identify all major business needs within sales operations and translate strategic vision into tangible, actionable development projects, including work flow impact analysis and ROI. Prioritize projects. Create, resource and manage project plans to solve for each.
Seek continuous improvement each day. Proactively seek inefficiencies and process vulnerabilities across the sales platform. Ideate, develop, ?sell through? and own solutions, leveraging relevant external or internal resources to resolve
Provide sales analysis: Weekly-Monthly-Qtrly performance reporting
