Manage order process and ensure accurate and timely processing of all customer transactions including, but not limited to trials, quotes, sales, and add-ons.
Support the selling process by preparing customer information ( trial, quote and order generation)
Build strong working relationships in supporting internal customers including sales, product management, finance, marketing operations and executive management
Track all sales orders and programs via the Arbor Sales Portal
Drive systematic and process improvements
Review and process customer PO?s/orders
Provide Operations team accurate order information necessary to build and ship product
Manage input into Arbor Sales Portal to ensure data integrity (Legal names, Account Mgmt, Contact, etc.)
Prepare Support and Maintenance Renewal notifications and quotes for customers
Manage Contract information input into Arbor Sales Portal
Create and provide sales and product reports
Deliver sales data trending and analytics to internal customers
Provide necessary order information to Arbor Finance for invoicing and collection
Qualifications
5+ years of work experience in sales operations, sales analysis, deal desk, order management or related fields.
Experience with Sales Automations Management Systems or CRM?s such as Salesforce.com, or Saleslogix
Fluency in Microsoft productivity software including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Database Management Systems
SQL experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to work independently and multitask
Detail oriented
Strong project management skills essential
Bachelors degree in a business field is preferred
