Description
The Sales Operations Coordinator will report directly to the SVP of Rio SEO, and is responsible for providing administrative support for the overall sales operations function. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, passionate in their work and able to function in a fast paced, often changing environment. This position will work alongside the SVP of Rio SEO in creating a consistent and processed sales organization by providing accurate and timely reporting of field sales activities and financial outlook.
Responsibilities:
Provide full management of CRM system, including but not limited to, license, user accounts, input and managing leads, dashboard report creation, campaign management, and end user training
Tracking and reporting results of individual sales reps as well as entire sales team on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Assist with the build and maintenance of all processes within the sales organization and drive adoption of those processes
Assisting with contract creation and tracking contract process
Work with Marketing to develop and maintain presentation materials
Drive training process, both for newly hired sales team and ongoing training
Other duties, not listed, may be assigned
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree Preferred from an accredited college or university in sales & marketing, or related field
5 years experience in sales operations administration
Prior experience in SalesForce.com administration and management
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong skills set working with Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with a high degree of integrity
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and superior organizational skills
