About the Job
Nexant is seeking someone to work in close coordination with Sales, Demand Generation and Marketing. Sales Operations Coordinator provides support with maintaining/updating SalesForce.com (SFDC), KnowledgeTree (KT), and other sales support activities. The Sales Operations Coordinator will also work in a proactive manner on business process improvements in the Sales organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plays a key role in entering information and maintaining the accuracy of data contained in SFDC, such as:
Creating new Accounts (avoiding the creation of duplicates);
Converting Leads to Contacts (avoiding the creation of duplicates);
Verifying the accuracy of information within Opportunities;
Creating reports as requested;
General projects as new objects are created and implemented;
Contributes to the ongoing quality and usage of SFDC;
Assist with the mapping of mass changes as needed in SFDC;
De-dup leads and contacts while verifying lead/contact information;
Assists in maintaining the quality and accuracy of uploading information into KT in the Corporate Sales area, including populating the metadata information;
Maintains familiarity with corporate direction and initiatives, as well as marketing campaigns;
Assists the Sales Operations Manager and Senior Sales Operations Analyst on other projects as requested.
Assists as a liaison between the Sales team and Marketing for contact and lead entries into SFDC
2-4 Years in sales operations, sales support or business operations;
Strong SFDC skills;
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel capabilities (knowledge of how to use pivot tables);
Strong interpersonal skills to work with other Departments and Business Units;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Strong organizational skills;
Ability to work with minimal supervision; detail oriented; business acumen and problem solving skills;
Ability to adapt to frequent changes and prioritize multiple projects;
Ability to work well under stress;
Keen attention to detail and a hands-on attitude
