Senior-caliber accounting and finance trained professionals able to apply their analytical and statistical skills to fine tune strategies and bolster a company's overall sales performance, will find a highly visible role open to them at Webroot in Broomfield, Colorado. As our Sales Operations CRM Administrator, you'll assess and model how we can introduce through multiple channels a revolutionary and game-changing product suite into the software security space. Mine the data and drive the process by which we measure, quantify and adjust based on quantifiable metrics, and play a pivotal role in growing sales. This is much more than a simple reporting function. You'll initiate standards of performance and take specific steps that will impact revenues, bookings, forecasts, territories, quotas and headcount. Ideal candidates offer more than savvy Excel modeling skills and an ability to manipulate metrics and dashboards; they're comfortable in the spotlight presenting their findings and defending their recommendations to our VP of Global Sales and other top executives.
At Webroot, we do more than secure our customers' PC's mobile devices and networks. We also nurture our employees' most critical assets ? their talents, experience, and career aspirations. Webroot has the energy of a start-up with the strength and stability of an Internet security market leader. We foster the innovative culture you?d expect of a company that's making a statement. Webroot is a company in which you can invest yourself fully, knowing that you're not only protecting our customers around the world, but that your talents and innovation will be recognized and rewarded. We encourage you to learn more about us and explore our job openings. Secure your future. Ensure the same for your career. Principals only - no third parties, please. Webroot Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
As our Broomfield, Colorado-based Sales Operations CRM Administrator, your first mission will be to comprehensively assess our overall data gathering, forecasting and reporting structure. You'll support both our Sales Operations Manager and our VP of Demand Fulfillment in this effort, strategizing on how we should standardize processes across enterprise, direct, retail online and channel sales. Your goal will be to coalesce data that now resides in disparate systems, each with its own goals and metrics, and enable executive staff to have a whole and unified view. With this as your primary objective, we'll measure your performance by whether you meet incremental milestones along the way. In this role, your responsibilities will span both reporting as well as general sales team operational support so your solution-centric, customer service approach will put you in position to succeed. You can deftly elicit participation from personnel in other departments whose input is necessary and you are comfortable before an executive team giving a PowerPoint presentation that clearly corroborates your findings and recommendations. As you?ll be frequently analyzing and working with data in Salesforce.com, previous experience and a demonstrated proficiency with it will be required. Besides having visibility to the shakers and movers within Webroot, you'll make a direct impact on our growth moving forward and provide the analyses that help define, guide and ease movements into new markets and products. In doing so, you'll have the opportunity to expand your own responsibilities and shift your career into an even higher gear. While Webroot has an immediate need to support the critical daily operational reporting needs other areas of responsibility for this position will or may include assistance with channel management, process improvement, sales training, and ad hoc requests to support any and all functions of the sales team globally.
