We have sales professionals located all over the world and you will be an integral key point of contact for our team. This is an entry level position with growth potential.
What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing data loads and data quality in Salesforce.com. You will utilize your creative thinking and problem solving skills for driving process improvements, ensuring proper use of Salesforce, and implementing common process solutions. This entails partnering with various cross functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Sales Managers etc.) and developing strong relationships with user groups to support user adoption of your recommended changes to Salesforce and its corresponding business processes. Your role is highly visible and has direct impact on leading Actiance to substantial revenue growth and helping to deliver an awesome customer experience!
What You Bring to the Table:
Tech savvy; worked with CRMs or has desire to learn / has experience working with Salesforce.com specifically and possibly becoming Salesforce.com certified
Data-driven, analytical thinking with creative problem solving skills
Track record of success with cross functional teams, driving change and implementing new processes that significantly improves effectiveness
Interest in technology, sales, and social media
Some knowledge of business process, workflow and modeling analysis
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and quality-minded
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree
