Sales Operations Intern New Brand Analytics

The Sales Operations Intern is responsible for assisting the Sales Operations team in creating and providing support materials to the Mid-Market Sales team. This includes, but is not limited to, product demos (POCs) and ad hoc reports. The intern will also contribute to the team by supporting day-to-day sales operations.
The Sales Intern is responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks in support of Mid-Market Clients:
Assist Sales Operations Analyst in creating product demos/POCs (Proof of Concepts) for Mid-Market Sales Team
Analyze and identify themes and trends in application data, to be provided to reps for sales meetings.
Work with QA (Quality Assurance) Network to ensure that data in demo environments is accurate and robust enough for POC Demo.
Create and provide sales collateral to reps for meetings, including dashboard reports, marketing one-pagers, re-engagement materials, etc.
Manage tasks and operations workflow using JIRA to ensure demos/POCs are completed and delivered on time.
The Ideal Candidate
4th year student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
Strong record of academic success and achievement
Exposure to technology/social media industry desired
High proficiency with MS Office and Software Development and Collaboration Tools (i.e. Atlassian / Jira).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Familiar with both Windows and Apple OS X
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid-changing environment.
Excellent work ethic with a proven record of meeting deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstration of strong project management and organization skills along with demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and work under deadline pressure.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities.
