We are currently looking for nothing less than a rock star to be our next Sales Operations Analyst in our NY office as a key member of the Sales department.
Job Description:
This role will be responsible for implementing best practices, identifying development initiatives and standardizing the adoption of Salesforce.com. Operative currently uses Salesforce.com to enable marketing, lead generation, and selling operations.
Responsibilities:
Administration
Create and manage custom objects, fields and formulas
Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflows
Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures. Experience with DemandTools is a plus.
Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
Refine existing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
Training & Documentation
Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for users
Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed to improve
Process Discovery and Management/Reporting
Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes
Document and validate business requirements
Work with sales team to maintain, track and enhance sales activities
Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce to support additional business processes or functions
Work with company leaders to proactively identify and resolve issues
Requirements:
BA/BS degree
1-3 years of experience in Salesforce.com administration
Demonstrated strong performance collaborating with Sales and Marketing to effectively utilize Salesforce.com
Must be able to think strategically and possess a detail-oriented, hands-on approach to managing projects
Analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required
Strong computer and technical skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have very strong knowledge of Excel including: macros, excel ranges, pivot tables, and formulas.
