Sales Operations, Lead LegalZoom

As a Lead you will work with existing customers and representatives of LegalZoom. A major objective of this role will be coaching and developing the sales team.
What you?ll do:
Work with leadership and peers to be innovative in creating/maintaining a positive and successful workforce.
Assist in phone calls and manage queues to keep hold times to a minimum.
Provide feedback to sales representatives regarding performance, attitude, and work ethic.
Track coaching results daily, weekly, and monthly.
Communicate with Sales Managers and teams regarding the performance of sales representatives.
Coach representatives on effectively identifying client?s needs.
Maintain a world class level of customer service.
Proven sales skills with a successful record of attaining or exceeding quotas.
1+ year leadership experience.
2 - 3 years previous experience in corporate phone sales (1-2 years outbound).
Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and highly dynamic work environment.
Ability to learn detailed information about products and services quickly.
Ability to handle multiple priorities using effective organization and time management skills.
Ability to work towards common goals in a group sales environment.
Desire to help the company grow through the participation in a variety of projects.
Detail-oriented team player with a passion for helping customers.
Proficient communicating with customers via phone and e-mail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, and an ability to learn order management tools.
Bachelor?s degree preferred.
