Sales Operations Manager ClearCube
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company?s Order Management processes including the product evaluations program. This role entails a high volume of outbound and inbound customer contact to resolve issues and implement process improvements, as well as a high level of interdepartmental interactions. The Sales Operations Manager interacts and works cross-functionally with external customers and resellers, as well as internal departments, to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order fulfillment and sales support cycle.
Manage order processing and shipment coordination, quotation assistance, product compatibility research, technical research, purchase order processing, order confirmation, and handling customer disputes, complaints, questions to ensure customer satisfaction throughout order fulfillment and sales support cycle.
Responsible for program management of sales order processing logistics with Operations Department.
Ensure accuracy of part numbering and pricing information in quote tool. Train Sales Department to deliver accurate quotations to customers.
Conducts management meetings to establish, delineate, and review program organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between departments, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives.
Manage per order commission classifications based on margin parameters.
Assist with administration of internal sales tools.
Verification of customer data including negotiating with customers to obtain payment commitments, account payment plans or balance settlements within approved limits & customer credit processing.
Produce end of month reconciliation, margin analysis, and reports for QBE& SFDC.
Manage the Evaluation Equipment Program.
Routinely exercises limited independent judgment and discretion in handling various functional scenarios where the decision will have an impact on internal/external customers
Address critical customer concerns by developing remediation plans across departments and with the customer.
Program SalesForce changes to reflect reporting requests from senior sales management.
Manage SalesForce database accuracy with Sales and Operations teams to ensure supply chain information is accurate.
Assist Finance department with Account Receivable collection processes, i.e. - Contacts customers regarding outstanding invoices, delinquent accounts.

Strong organization and planning skills
Influential verbal and written communication skills
4 year college degree and 2+ years? related experience or program certificate and 4+ years related experience.
2-3 years Salesforce.com experience and/or administration is highly preferred
Readiness to travel 10% annually
Customer service, sales support, or related experience preferred
Spanish: Fluent, both written and oral preferred, but not required
Proficient in SalesForce.com, Microsoft Office, Advanced Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks Enterprise
