The Sales Operations Manager's primary role will be to assist Product/Vertical SVP with forecasting, internal processes and managing the operational side of the sales effort. This includes managing a team of Sales Operations professionals who work with the sales reps throughout the sales cycle from opportunity management through contract processing. The Sales Operations Manager directly assists in these activities and serves as a backup resource. The Sales Operations Manager is also responsible for providing reporting and analysis to the Sales Leadership team on sales pipeline, sales performance, and other key metrics and supporting the leadership team on other projects as needed including Rules of Engagement and process improvements.
This position requires a strong communicator who can lead through coaching, a facilitator for resolving issues or challenges both within the team and between the team and other departments, coordinator of work flow and problem solver. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and able to adjust quickly in a rapidly growing and dynamic group. The candidate must be comfortable and effective in communicating and presenting to senior management.
