Sales Operations Manager ReputationDefender
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing the back office sales processes and the input, analysis, and reporting of sales data involving leads, forecasting and sales results for both the enterprise and the consumer business divisions of the Company.
He/she will also drive the processes to work with external 3rd party sites and agencies, customers and internal stakeholders to on-board customers and enable them on our platform.
In addition, this position is key in establishing other processes as required to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
A key requirement to all of the above will be ownership, management and enabling effective use of salesforce.com tools. ?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Own the administration and ongoing management of salesforce.com
Create, drive and fine tune the processes to work with external 3rd party sites and agencies, customers and internal teams to on-board customers and enabling them on our platform
Complete responsibility of the company's back end sales, marketing and tele-sales information systems
Be a thought leader in adopting new cloud based solutions that can increase productivity?and reduce costs
Take the lead role in developing and publishing sales reports, dashboards, commissions and tools to aid sales management in consistently tracking activities to sales results?
Perform advanced analysis activities including defining, measuring and communicating core operational metrics??
Develop and implement comprehensive pipeline reporting reports tracking opportunities from lead generation to revenue realization, account development and retention?
Ensure effective analysis of sales trends and performance in an effort to identify greater efficiencies?
Administer, manage and report on VoIP tele-sales system?
Assist in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regular updates to quotas, renewals and sales plans
?Required skills and Knowledge:
5+ years proven experience in Sales Operations with a stellar record of accomplishments
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce.com as well as other sales, marketing and productivity tools?
Leadership and hiring skills
Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement sales and operational processes, procedures and policies?
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into simple actionable deliverables ?
Strong problem solving, multi-tasking and collaboration skills?
Intimate knowledge of sales process ?
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail?
Ability to work under pressure
Start-up and SaaS/ Cloud experience strongly preferred?
Will be based in the Redwood City, CA office of Reputation.com
