Sales Operations Manager (Req #307) OptiMedica
The Sales Operations Manager (Req #307) role is to support the marketing and sales organizations and OptiMedica management with regular and ad hoc business analysis and reporting, including: sales reporting; analysis toward individual and corporate progress toward sales goals; system sale reporting (proposals, wins and losses); and utilization of Catalys systems by centers.
This position will have responsibility for managing leads and assigning these to the appropriate member of the sales team, utilizing the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
The position will also develop, maintain, and deploy CRM features. The role will integrate OptiMedica business requirements, processes and data sets into the CRM, and the position will serve as the system owner and administrator of the CRM tool.
The Sales Operations Manager will create and maintain lists of target accounts and will develop and manage tools to track these tools and assess progress in reaching these targets.

Job Functions:
Partner with sales and marketing to define and produce analytics that support the business objectives and strategies. Provide periodic reports and detailed analysis to identify drivers behind trends and potential business opportunities
Perform target list maintenance, updates, and report generation
Manage CRM tool including maintenance, cleanup, updates and reporting
Lead follow-up and coordination which includes compiling leads and activities
Competitive system tracking for both US and OUS
Administrator for all existing sales reports and dashboards
Prepare quotes and provide to sales personnel to present to potential customers
Develop communication materials to support management on business reviews
Support and respond to field sales inquiries around data
Other duties as may be required
Requirements/Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of Sales Operations experience in the Medical Device industry
Detailed understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
Excellent business process/requirements analytical ability
Strong verbal, written and stakeholder management skills to effectively influence and manage expectations with the Executive Leadership Team and cross-functional teams
Understanding of and ability to function in a fast paced sales environment
Solid project management skills in leading and achieving project objectives and goals
Strong collaboration and teamwork needed to partner with peers on inter-department initiatives
Strong proficiency in MS Office needed
Education:
BA or BS degree required, MBA preferred.
