Great things are happening at Tilera ? we are a revenue-generating, late-stage semiconductor start-up committed to delivering blazing fast compute performance coupled with ultra low power consumption. Tilera products include a family of full-featured "manycore" processors that span a range of processing and power requirements, a complete set of standards-based software development tools and a line of high-performance boards. We are getting solid traction in the market and top OEMs are designing in our processors in high demand applications .
We are looking for a senior level Sales Operations / Inside Sales Representative to play a central and key role in support of Tilera's sales organization. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a small team which shows strong promise of growth both in terms of career advancement and business revenues.
The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who is ready to step out of their comfort zone and help define/own new processes required of a company which is rapidly expanding. The chosen candidate will be one who can also independently identify constructive solutions to meet the complex challenges of the business while balancing the needs of customers, Sales, Finance and Manufacturing Operations.
This individual will ideally bring a strong background in systems knowledge/software tools to drive automation in order to efficiently support forecasted growth and transition the organization from paper-intensive processes .
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Fullfilling RFQs/RFPs with high quality quotations and proposals
Supporting Sales Management in creating accurate sales forecasts
Owning order scheduling, backlog management, samples, RMAs and production deliveries to customers as promised
Representing Tilera to outside distribution and external sales rep channels
Creation and analysis of backlog, revenue and orders reports
Must have 8 to 10 years in a relevant position at a semiconductor company
BS/BA in Business Administration desirable, but will consider others with proven talent and drive
Track record of providing excellent support and service to OEMS and internal groups
Demonstrated ability to establish new processes across Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance
Strong familiarity of tools such as Salesforce.com, Serus, Excel and exposure to Quick Books
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, multi-task projects and consistently exhibit good judgment
