Jr. Accounts Receivable AssociateWe are seeking a sharp, enthusiastic & proactive individual to join our team as a Jr. Accounts Receivable Associate on a full-time basis! We love candidates with excellent communication & collaboration skills. To be successful in this role, you must be focused, deadline-oriented, friendly, able to work in a fast paced, fun environment and genuinely interested in the business and its operations. This role reports to the Controller and will work with sales, finance, and our customers on a daily basis. This would be a great opportunity for a recent college grad!
Key Responsibilities
--Interface with sales team to develop a seamless order entry process
--Own the order entry-to-invoicing process in its entirety
--Accounting Support, including handling Collections
--Responsible for quality, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of order entry and invoicing
--Go above and beyond basic job duties by determining what processes or procedures should be optimized
--Enthusiastically assist in other projects and day-to-day finance or administrative tasks as needs arise
--Quickly respond to priority requests, juggling other projects as necessary
--Provide consistent high level of service to all internal and external customers
Skills/Requirements
--3+ years of work experience in a similar role or environment
--Experience with Salesforce and/or Intacct a plus
--Personable & Team oriented!
--Ability to work proactively and effectively with all of our Teams & Customers
--Excellent work ethic, self driven, and motivated
--Ability to multitask on several projects running simultaneously
--Above average Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
--Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently
--Must be able to have FUN & thrive in an energetic, upbeat environment !!!
