Position Description
Activate Networks, Inc. is the leading provider of social network analytics for business that identify

commercial value of their customer, prospect, and employee real-world social networks. The result is

campaigns, and improving organizational effectiveness
Activate Networks, Inc. seeks a Sales Operations Specialist for its sales team. Reporting to Marketing
with a dotted line to Sales, this position will be responsible for developing repeatable and sustainable
demand and lead generation processes to deliver top quality F1000 organizations leads to the sales
organization. In addition, this individual will be responsible for the administration of the Company?s
Salesforce.com platform. The successful candidate will be expected to provide an immediate
contribution.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Support of users on the Salesforce.com platform including administration,
reporting, analytics, and data management.
? Lead generation programs including but not limited to events, email, webinars, seminars, and
telesales to develop opportunity pipeline
? Customer and prospect nurturing programs to manage pipeline opportunities
? Other responsibilities as determined and assigned by management
Qualifications
? BS or BA in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
? Ninja-class skills with Salesforce.com platform.
? Ability to define and manage a set of demand generation metrics and KPIs.
? At least three years of experience in demand generation.
? Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
? Solution Selling or CustomerCentric Selling training a plus.
? HubSpot and/or similar systems experience preferred.
Must be available for occasional overnight travel.
Activate Networks offers a very competitive compensation package that includes base salary, bonus,
