THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Sales Ops Analyst provides analytical and administrative support to the North American Sales executives of a global IT services organization. This position works collaboratively with various employee groups including sales reps, IT, marketing, lead generation, commission analyst and EMEA sales support functions.
Monthly metrics reporting of sales activity and forecasts
Sales commission plan management & reporting
Heavy CRM interaction with salesforce.com
Pipeline management, reporting and communication
Communication and training relative to sales processes and policies
Work collaboratively with sales leadership, reps, IT and finance
Research and implement best practices
Management of sales headcount tracking
Execute and manage sales programs and initiatives
BS degree or equivalent.
3 ? 5 years Sales Ops experience - preference for previous B2B sales experience and previous experience in messaging or telco industry.
Experience with CRM tools ? preference for experience with SalesForce.com
Experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office suite
Strong sense of urgency and customer service orientation
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Experience implementing programs, strategies and initiatives
