Job Description:
The Sales Ops Specialist will be responsible for generating high quality leads for Reputation.com?s sales team. The Sales Ops Specialist will mine lists ofleads and accounts coming through a number of different channels such as phoneand email. The Sales Ops Specialist will be responsible for qualifying inboundleads and helping Sales Ops in making sales team more efficient and effective.
Job Responsibilities:
-Screen new and existing customers for leads, sales, up-sells, cross-sells
-Identifying high value leads forsales team to follow up
- Send periodic reports tomanagement and executives
- Support sales team users of Salesforce.com
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree or equivalent
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of the Internet and Internet search technologies
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Clear focusunder pressure
-Ability to work with limited supervision
- Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.com preferred
-Enthusiasm for learning new topics,sharing knowledge with others
-Willingness to do ?whatever it takes? to get the job done and help outcolleagues
-Able to work flexible hours
