The Sales Order Processing Specialist plays a key role in FusionStorm?s Integration Center, handling the flow of physical technology products through the warehouse and the integration center, where products are assembled, configured, and tested to meet specific customer needs. The Sales Order Processing Specialist will be responsible for customer orders, including shipment and backlog/delivery management.
Responsibilities:
Data entry into the SCM inventory management system
Creating shipment sales orders provided by service manager/master schedule/manager
Confirm daily shipments in SCM
Work with SCM team on variances
Facilitate with end of month procedures
Allocation and variance recognition/confirmation on sales orders processed and picked at AIT Fremont to facilitate in real time workflow
Work on location at either AIT Fremont or San Jose Integration Center; manager specified
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work as directed, give attention to details, and meet business goals.
Ability to lift and handle products (typically in boxes) of up to 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills: ability to update records in an online inventory management system.
