Sales Planner Quantcast
Quantcast is seeking a proactive Sales Planner to work closely with our Sales teams. This is a pivotal pre-sale support role, which interfaces with Quantcast?s Sales, Campaign Management and Client Services teams. This is a unique opportunity for someone to help shape new processes and responsibilities as the company evolves. The Sales Planner is responsible for all pre-sale duties, including developing strategic proposals and media plans and deal entry in the Order Management System. Our ideal candidate is proficient in online media, specifically the display advertising sales and delivery life cycle. They should also have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, detail-oriented, strong mentor, and a team player.
Quantcast is a dynamic work environment and as a result, candidates need to be comfortable with change. They should be comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment. They will also be highly proficient with key tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, 3rd party ad serving platforms and sales management tools.

Be the point person for the Sales team for product, legal and finance related questions
Accurately input opportunity/order deals into Salesforce
Interact with the Revenue Operations and Deal Analyst team in regards to insertions order sign off, credit reviews, and billing requests/issues
Work with Senior Sales Planner to generate proposals (PPT + media plan) in response to RFPs from advertisers and agencies
Cultivate positive internal relationships with support teams (sales, marketing, Ad operations, finance and revenue operations)
Meet or beat published SLA for on time order processing
Manages PODs by clearly communicating any new processes, making sure all accounts have the appropriate seller associated to them, making sure all parties are aware of campaign changes
Assess accurate media forecasts and data and analyze research requests through planning tools such as Moat, eMarketer, and internal Quantcast tools
Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communication or related field
Two to four years experience in media planning, ad operations or ad sales support in an agency, ad network, publisher or related environment
Strong working knowledge of how publishers and agencies conduct business within the digital advertising space
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must be proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Salesforce
Experience working with 3rd party tools like Adazzle, Mediavisor, Atlas, DoubleClick or other third party platform
