The ideal candidate will have experience in digital advertising and marketing with a basic understanding of the TV advertising landscape. Candidates must have a passion for marketing and enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment. Sales Planners support the sales teams to be successful out in market.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
Prepare pitch decks
Assemble materials for client RFPs
Prepare internal & external insertion orders
Provide inventory estimates for media campaigns
Follow internal procedures for preparing to launch campaigns
Create & maintain appropriate templates & update materials to be utilized as needed
Coordinate internal inventory management system
Coordinate research materials in conjunction with marketing department
Qualifications & Experience
Dynamic, flexible, hard-working, and highly organized
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong PowerPoint skills
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
2-3 + years of media sales and support experience - agency, online advertising and marketing experience preferred
