Sales Planning is the intersection of Sales, Marketing and Operations at Undertone. The Sales Planner is responsible for devising strategies to meet prospective clients? needs, promote Undertone?s value proposition and capabilities through proposal and presentation development, and contribute to the management of Undertone?s inventory pipeline through collaboration with our media- and performance-based teams.
Build proposals in response to advertiser requests (primarily PPT & XLS)
Contribute to strategic presentations, addressing client needs while highlighting the value & capabilities of Undertone
Contribute to pricing strategy at the opportunity level
Apply syndicated and proprietary data/research to support Undertone?s value proposition in client-facing recommendations
Identify potential research opportunities to validate campaign success and fuel Undertone?s marketing activities
Act as information hub and manage communication between supply and demand teams
Background in digital media (agency or vendor) preferred, but not required
Power Point and Excel expertise
Elementary knowledge of third-party research tools (e.g. comScore)
Solid math and basic analytical skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic, organization, time-management skills
