Sales Planner Zillow
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Sales Planner provides support to the sales team in the day to day activities to help the sales team reach established revenue goals. Successful candidates will have a passion for the digital media landscape, be extremely motivated and have a sharp focus on client service. Position reports into Associate Manager, Ad Operations.
? Account prospecting: Help develop prospecting list and research potential prospects
? Liaison with Ad Operations: Ensure daily delivery of deals, communicate optimizations to client/agency and revise IO accordingly
? Answer overflow calls, assemble presentations, and contribute with all day to day maintenance of AE?s business
? Develop media plans for smaller campaigns
? Competitive prospecting: Review competitive landscape for account specific needs on a regular basis ? scope out competitive sites for unique ad executions/programs ? reporting on competitive sites to rest of team
? Insertion order management: Fax, review IOs for accuracy and get counter-signed signature of insertion orders, internally process the insertion orders, and keep file of insertion orders by Account Manager
? Provide screenshots of campaigns
? Be the primary point of contact with the client, communicate with the client on a daily basis and pass any issues to the respective teams
? Upload RFPs into agency?s various ad systems
? Be able to back up the Ad-Ops coordinators with inventory and reporting when needed
? Would verify the T+Cs are compliant with Zillow standards.
? Work with billing to figure out discrepancies
? 1-2+ years office working experience, ideally in media/publishing/advertising/marketing.
? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once.
? Strong computer skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel are required. Experience working within a CRM tool (i.e. Salesforce) preferred.
? Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to deliver against deadlines.
