The Sales Planner, West will be a key player, confidant and right-hand person for the West Coast sales team assisting the VP of Sales, account executives and support team with sales initiatives to help the company grow and reach their goals. The role will be based in Los Angeles.
Create PPT proposals and media plan for inbound RFPs
Process contractual paperwork in a timely manner across multiple teams (business operations, legal, finance and agency contacts)
Manage media inventory with ad operations
Assist with development and upkeep of various sales collateral for West Coast account executives including, but not limited to, meeting prep, one sheet updates, and research/data material
Interact with the client & agency community as a contributing member of the Shazam West Coast team
Recognize and identify potential advertising opportunities for key Strategic Account Management (SAM) advertisers
Support the West Coast team with day-to-day office operational tasks
2-3 years experience in a professional support role (preferably at an agency, digital and/or within a sales organization)
Keen attention to detail in the execution of all projects and forms of communication
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects accordingly across multiple individuals internally/externally. Grace under fire.

Effectively communicate between internal departments and work well with different personalities
Flexibility within an ever-changing/evolving, fast-paced, yet thrilling world of digital & emerging media

Proficient with MS Office products, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel (basic)
Terrific can-do attitude
Desire and ability to contribute ideas to brainstorms
Interest in growing within an ad sales organization
Creative & graphical ability, Photoshop skills a big plus
