Reports To:Sales Reporting Manager
FLSA Status:Non-Exempt
Position Summary: Responsible for general administrative support for Sales Planning and order processing.
Principal Responsibilities:
Assist with the processing of all sales contracts
Help to maintain inventory systems, sales databases, and customer relationship management systems.
Communicate with Account Executives, Managers/Directors and other departments as needed to ensure proper handling of contracts and other requests
Support data entry into various departmental and business reports
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements/Skill Specifications:
Education:
Associate Degree in related field or 1-3 years of prior experience in an administrative environment.
Skills:
Strong administrative skills and great accuracy and attention to detail.
Customer service orientation, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excel and Word required. Outlook and PowerPoint skills preferred.
Ability to use the Internet and various other research tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
