Sales Professional / Travel and Consumer Business Unit EPAM Systems
We are looking for a Sales Professional with a laser focus on new client acquisition in the Travel and Consumer vertical at EPAM. In this role the candidate has experienced in selling software development services, identifying and qualifying new prospects as well as managing (with other team members) the process from initial business development through bid closing. This is a great opportunity to gain international experience with opportunities for advancement in a growing company.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Greater Philadelphia Area and will work out of our Newtown, PA headquarters. Working remotely is also an available option.
The Sales Professional will be responsible for the business development and sales activities within the Travel and Consumer Business Unit.
Identifying and developing new business and clients through networking and cold?calling
Understanding prospects? varying business needs and applying knowledge of the company?s services to meet those needs
Meeting set sales targets
Gathering market and customer information
Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems
Developing effective sales plans
Responding to RFPs and giving presentations as necessary
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, tenders, reports and supporting literature
Identify and develop new opportunities / new areas in existing accounts
Must have experience:
Experience selling IT Solutions and Services via a solution-selling or consultative-selling approach
Excellent communication skills are essential in order to suggest and sell solutions to client problems, as is the ability to work closely with colleagues from other technical and management disciplines within EPAM
Excellent business acumen & business development skills, rounded business experience, and good negotiation and people skills
BA/BS, or equivalent, in an appropriate technical or business discipline
Minimum of five years? (or commensurate) experience, gained within the industry (Travel and/or Consumer)
Ability to create a tailored sales process to achieve targets /KPI?s by generating leads, asking probing questions, using most appropriate features & benefits based on clients? needs and matching with a tailored solution
Previous consulting background or agency background in a business development role is a plus
