The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the overall sales recruitment strategy for Acquia with appropriate manager guidance and input. She/he will play a key role in building out our future sales workforce by actively networking with passive candidates, creating a bench of potential future candidates while developing relationships with our management team. Successful individual will be creative in their sourcing methods and strategies with a strong focus on understanding our marketplace, branding, and overall culture.
The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the following functions:
Practice full lifecycle recruiting from requisition approval to offer acceptance
Source, identify and recruit sales professionals across a wide array of technology verticals in the US and APAC
Utilize a variety of creative sourcing techniques including web search and social networking opportunities
Proactively network with outside networking groups and potential talent by maintaining ongoing relationships
Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements, and conduct phone, Skype, and face-to-face interviews to determine overall fit
Anticipate business priorities and how business needs will impact staffing plans long-term
Create strong working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates
Coach managers on how to conduct effective interviews
Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential new hires
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years recruiting in a highly fast paced environment
Minimum 1 years recent sales recruiting experience
Experience working in a software or technology startup preferred
Experience or certification in behavioral interviewing preferred
Have a strong knowledge of tools and resources surrounding the internet, social media and job board sites
Must have an eye for talent with a strong ability to screen and recruit top talent
Must have a strong ability to work in a fast paced environment with speed and accuracy
Ability to juggle multiple priorities as well as the ability to switch hiring objectives quickly
Be highly organized, efficient, and manage time effectively
Strong customer service mindset, focused and responsive
Must be an excellent communicator (strong written and verbal skills)
Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Be creative in the way we source candidates
Ability to build a pipeline and bench strength for prospective future growth
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related skills
