It's an exciting opportunity for a dedicated resource / recruiter to join our fast growing business ensuring we continue to deliver a direct recruitment model whilst attracting the best talent in the market.
We are looking for a strong Sales Recruiter who can thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment and act as a true business partner.The successful candidate will play a key role in providing a full recruitment service to the business from passive candidate generation, through to managing candidate assessment and offers making.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
Provide recruiting support for internal customers in the US and across our other locations throughout the full recruiting process
Provide internal resourcing consultancy service to hiring managers, including the provision of advice on all recruitment issues
Develop and reviews with Recruiting Manager?s sourcing plan, to attract applicants and to fill specific openings.
Execute the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
Use creative and effective sourcing channels to build pipelines for top candidates across all areas of the organization
Manage relationships with recruitment preferred suppliers and other external organisations
Utilise market knowledge, insight and personal network to build the pipeline of candidates
Focus on direct sourcing methods by proactively headhunting and approaching appropriate candidates directly.
Lead HR interviews and making compensation fitments and effectively selling offer on approval to candidates
Represent the company at recruiting events such as job fairs and other community events
Work to develop the employer brand through advertising, promotion, and community involvement with any recruitment focused local events
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience as a recruiter in a search firm or in-house recruiting team preferably with experience of sourcing in at least one of the following areas: IT / Online Media / Traditional and Digital Media / Sales / Marketing and Advertising
Minimum of 6 years direct sourcing experience using tools like LinkedIn with strong knowledge of boolean logic and data mining techniques
Experience working in a matrix and with managers in the US as well as EU desired
Excellent relationship management skills
Experience in sourcing candidates directly through a variety of methods
Experience working with job-boards, CV databases and internet search tools
Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
Customer focused and has the drive to deliver an exceptional service to hiring managers
Highly organized and able to prioritise effectively under pressure
Open, adaptable and enjoys working in an ever-changing environment
Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
Able to work to tight deadlines
Excellent time management skills
Able to move candidates through the process in a timely manner meeting time to hire goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills
