That being said, we're looking for a dynamic, dependable person with strong interpersonal savvy to become our Sales Recruiter.
The Sales Recruiter assists the Talent Acquisition team by recruiting, interviewing, and referring high quality applicants for sales positions throughout the company. This position will be located in our Lehi, Utah office and will report to the HR Manager.
You will, among other things:
recruit, screen, interview, and recommend high quality sales candidates.
assist with candidate reference checks.
update HR talent acquisition spreadsheets and other reports as needed.
assist with professional and on-campus recruitment.
utilize traditional and non-traditional recruitment strategies and resources to widen the candidate pool.
leverage your knowledge of the sales cycle to find the most competitive candidates.
perform other duties as assigned.
have an Associates Degree and 3+ years experience in Sales Recruitment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
have a comprehensive knowledge of the sales cycle. Experience in a sales role a huge plus.
have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
maintain knowledge of the job market, laws, regulations, and current trends in employment as it relates to Recruitment.
be tech savvy, with an understanding of how business needs can be better supported through technology.
possess the ability to work autonomously, while triaging competing priorities and maintaining confidentiality.
have excellent problem solving abilities and interpersonal savvy.
be adaptable, responsible, and dependable.
have an awesome sense of humor.
A typical day might include:
reviewing current job postings, and scanning resumes in search for new Solutionaries.
discussing recruitment and retention metrics with the HR team over bagels, if it?s Tuesday.
playing a ping-pong match against the current champs.
