Sales Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) Zillow
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Zillow is aggressively growing our Sales team and we are looking to hire a bright, organized and energetic Recruiting Coordinator to help us grow the business. The Recruiting Coordinator will be key in ensuring our hiring process runs quickly yet smoothly from end to end.
Coordinate all candidate logistics including phone, virtual and onsite interviews for sales candidates via email, telephone and in person.
Facilitate onsite interviews ensure the process is flowing smoothly and each individual receives an excellent candidate experience.
Participate in and coordinate networking/recruiting events
Manage the background check process and conduct reference
Post open positions, manage all external postings and assist in sourcing efforts.
Assist HR with the on-boarding process of sales candidates.
Perform any additional administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team
Qualifications & Requirements
1+ year of recruiting coordinator or HR support experience required; previous sourcing experience is ideal
Experience working for an Internet company before preferred
1+ year of experience with setting up complex interviews via Outlook required
Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver, quick learner, dynamic, loves working closely with a tight-knit team
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to change, and effectively prioritize work
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Maintains a high level of confidentiality
Excellent people skills but not afraid of paper- or detail-oriented work
Bachelor's degree preferred.
