The ideal Regional account Executive must be able to demonstrate excellent selling & communication skills in a fast-paced Technology business environment. A combination of account development, cold calling B2B, fearlessness, and aggressive sales skills are required for this position. 3+ years inside sales experience preferred. Candidates must be capable of identifying and reaching out to key decision makers in the midmarket business sector of companies and present a clear message about the business results and value that our company provides its clients. Identify new business opportunities from the ground up, through sustained and consistent tele-prospecting
Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts in both current and new vertical markets
Establish and maintain excellent customer relations with internal and external customers
Able to commit to a process through completion
Complete ownership of sales outcomes
Participate in regular pre-sales and marketing planning meetings with internal teams
Assist in the implementation of direct marketing campaigns that create awareness, drive sales and support strategic business initiatives
Track and report sales production and campaign statistics on a weekly basis
3+ years in a professional environment, previous sales experience preferred - B2B
Experience using CRM such as Salesforce.com
Strong presentation/communication & phone skills
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred; work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc...)
Reach and exceed annual revenue goal
Goal driven with the ability to multi-task
Self-starter with an ability to inspire and motivate others
