We are currently seeking to add an aggressive sales executive, preferably with advertising or professional recruiting experience, to our expanding sales team. We are looking for candidates who can produce results quickly and are well-connected with east coast fortune 1000 companies. The position will report to the Director, Enterprise Sales-Northeast Region.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
Drive new business by prospecting new clients with a focus on closing business
Respond to RFPs with a sense of urgency while maintaining a client centric approach
Consult with customers on their marketing needs, providing solutions oriented proposals
Win big deals and attract repeat business
Attend trade events, shows and receptions to drive new business and deepen existing relationships
Work with marketing to create effective and compelling sales materials, presentations and client follow-up documents
Monitor, forecast, track and report sales performance

- History of accomplishment in the online advertising/staffing field
-Bachelors Degree or relevant professional experience
-5+ years of sales experience, selling online advertising to fortune 1000 companies
-A detailed, team oriented approach with the competitiveness to win in the marketplace
-Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills plus the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
-Aggressive style, strong work ethic and national sales experience
-self managed and self motivated
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, business development and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage all aspects of prospecting
- Ability to write and manage the full RFP process
