HighlightMarket our Healthcare Information System to senior level managers and executives, including CEOs, CIOs, CFOs and CNOs, at hospitals and healthcare networks-qualified candidates will be required to conduct a presentation for the hiring management team.
Description
As a member of our Sales group, your job would involve:
Gaining general product knowledge on all MEDITECH products and services
Aggressively selling MEDITECH's established standard products and services
Maintaining accurate and standardized account records
Following up on "Requests for Information" and leads from shows and mailings
Preparing and monitoring "Requests for Proposals"
Attending trade shows and monthly sales meetings
Coordinating demonstrations of MEDITECH software
Covering assigned territories, and traveling 50% of the time (10+ over nights per month)

Requirements
Associates or Bachelors Degree strongly favored
Prior sales experience selling application software with a proven track record
Demonstrated job stability is favored
Prior experience in a healthcare field such as administration, laboratory, pharmacy, finance or nursing is a plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High degree of professionalism
Ability to foster strong, positive relationships
Established presentation skills
Proven ability to set goals and meet deadlines
Ideal candidates will possess experience with outside sales and have a thorough understanding of a successful sales cycle
