Blu Homes is seeking qualified applicants for the position of San Francisco Sales Representative, based locally in and around the San Francisco, CA area. Blu is the leading U.S. precision built designer and manufacturer of beautiful, personalizable, and ecologically friendly homes, and offers a broad product line of homes and accessory buildings available across the US and North America.(www.bluhomes.com).
The candidate?s responsibilities will include managing and developing sales opportunities in the San Francisco area. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the job will require substantial business development and client management skills, as well as the ability to guide clients through the Blu design and project management process in a thoughtful and emotionally-connected manner. Candidates should be sharp, mature, down to earth, fun, good communicators, high energy, empathetic, have a ?sense of urgency?, and excitement and understanding of the home-buying process. Position requires significant sales experience, great interpersonal skills, and strong facility with technical and quantitative analysis tools. Applicants with an interest or understanding of growing a startup company, and/or experience with high tech companies, are preferred.

Minimum bachelor?s degree.
Compensation: compensation primarily commission based, plus stock options, and benefits package, depending on experience and skill level.
