We are seeking a collaborative, self-motivated, and experienced Sales Representative to join our sales team at M2S with territories throughout the United States. This position requires someone who is financially motivated and has the desire make a positive impact in healthcare. As a Sales Representative you will:
Develop, execute, and maintain a business plan for selling M2S products and services to surgeons and hospitals in your territory.
Identify and call on surgeons and key hospital stakeholders to communicate the benefits and value gained through the use of M2S? software products and services.
Negotiate contracts with physicians, hospital administrators and attorneys.
Update and accurately communicate lead development status and sales forecasts to management.
Achieve sales revenue and margin goals.
Understand all business needs and internal dynamics for each prospect, and develop and execute a customized value-based sales strategy based on its unique needs, interests and evaluation criteria.
Collaborate internally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Support to ensure all customer needs are met during and after the sales process.
Provide high quality account management for all customers in your territory.
Expand usage and sell additional software and services within existing accounts.
Exemplify M2S? compliance and ethics initiatives, promoting a culture of integrity and ethical business practices.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree preferred.
5+ years of sales experience, a track record of achievement and success in medical devices, software and/or B2B sales.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience selling with a consultative, solutions oriented approach.
Must show an ability to achieve results, establish priorities, and work independently.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
