Sales Solutions Executive - East Coast EMN8
Candidates located in any East Coast location with excellent proximity to a major transportation hub will be considered.
The Sales Solutions Executive is a mid-level position, responsible for generating revenue through successful sales of the Tillster (http://www.tillster.com/) solutions offerings into fast casual dining establishments on the east coast. Primary activities include expanding current relationships while also selling to decision-makers within new target companies under the supervision of the Chief Revenue Officer. The Sales Solutions Executive will have the opportunity to positively and significantly impact the customer?s bottom line by increasing revenue and streamlining their operations. This is a position for an organized self-starter who has a proven track record for solutions-based consultative selling, outstanding customer relationship building skills and a strong desire to achieve maximum results. ? Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets in the defined sales region
? Maintain and grow a solid base of clients, sufficient to sustain and grow sales revenues
? Develop accurate forecasting of business pipeline; maintain updated prospect and customer activity reports
? Prepare and present quotations and proposals for TIllster products and services
? Demonstrate Tillster software and hardware solutions to potential clients as required via in person meetings and web presentation tools; 40% travel required to prospect and client sites
? Record all relevant customer/prospect communications in CRM system (i.e. Salesforce.com)
? Develop and maintain superior relationships with customers in a fast changing market place
? Direct knowledge and experience in QSR/Fast Casual Dining industry, hospitality, or software / technology industry is required
? Demonstrated ability to quickly build and maintain strong internal and external customer relations
? Demonstrated ability to sell the Tillster solutions through use of a consultative, problem-solving approach
? Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on initiatives to successful outcomes without direct authority
? Demonstrated ability to view issues and needs from a customer perspective; identify the appropriate business solution for the customer and close the sale
? BA in Sales, Marketing and/or Business or equivalent required
? 5-8 years experience in relationship building, B2B sales role; 2-4 years in general sales role required
Valid US Driver's License required.
